- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 2 (14 oz.) cans La Choy chop suey vegetables
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can chow mein noodles
- 1 can chicken and rice soup
Directions

1Brown beef and onion.

2Pour off fat.

3Add remaining ingredients, except chow mein noodles.

4Put in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

5Bake for 1 1/2 hours in 325° oven.
