- 2 can grande 8ct. biscuits flaky layers
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp minced onion
- 1 pepperoni, sliced black olives, corn, black beans, whatever you want to put into your hot pocket just keep in mind the more variety the more filling you will have and only alittle will fit into the pocket (optional)
Directions

1Brown the beef and all the seasonings on medium heat.

2Open your cans of biscuits and flatten out with your hand using a cutting board or other clean surface.

3Hold flatten biscuit up and with hands gently pull the biscuit flattening it as you go as much as you can flatten it trying to get it as round and as flat as you can.

4Lay biscuit on cutting board and put about 2 tablespoons cheese in a line like you were making a taco on the flattened biscuit.

5Scoop onto the cheese about 2 tablespoons meat.

6Fold flattened biscuit in half over the filling pressing the rounded sides together to form a taco shape.

7Make sure you seal it completely.

8Using a fork, pierce the top of the folded biscuit being careful not to tear too big of a hole on top.

9Place on cookie sheet lined with foil and bake @ 350F for 14 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.

10Serve with a fresh salad and dip in ketchup.
