- 2 12 cups uncooked cavatappi pasta
- 12 lb spicy bulk sausage
- 6 -7 medium plum tomatoes, seeded, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 12 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook and drain pasta as directed on package.

2Meanwhile, in large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat, stirring frequently, until browned.

3Drain and return to skillet.

4Add tomatoes, cream and drained pasta to sausage, stir gently to mix.

5Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until throughly heated.

6Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
