"Easy" Lasagna

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 40 oz. spaghetti sauce
  • 8 oz. lasagna noodles (uncooked)
  • 2 1/2 c. Ricotta or cottage cheese
  • 1 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Cook meat and onion until meat is browned.

    Drain off fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce and set aside.

    Do not cook lasagna noodles!

    Beat eggs and Ricotta or cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper together; set aside.
