Easy Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 2 jars Ragu sauce
  • 1 lb. lasagna noodles
  • chopped onions
  • mushrooms (canned or fresh)
  • seasonings to taste
  • 24 oz. cottage cheese, drained, or Ricotta cheese

Directions

    Brown ground beef and drain off all fat.

    In large saucepot, mix Ragu, ground beef, onions, mushrooms and seasonings.

    Bring to boil and let simmer for 45 minutes to an hour.

    Cook noodles to desired doneness.

    In a glass oblong casserole dish, layer ingredients in the following order:

    noodles, sauce, Parmesan cheese, Ricotta and Mozzarella.

    Finish with a layer of noodles topped with sauce.

    Bake in a 375° oven for 1 hour.

    Top with Mozzarella cheese.

    Serve with salad and bread.
