Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- 2 jars Ragu sauce
- 1 lb. lasagna noodles
- chopped onions
- mushrooms (canned or fresh)
- seasonings to taste
- 24 oz. cottage cheese, drained, or Ricotta cheese
Directions

1Brown ground beef and drain off all fat.

2In large saucepot, mix Ragu, ground beef, onions, mushrooms and seasonings.

3Bring to boil and let simmer for 45 minutes to an hour.

4Cook noodles to desired doneness.

5In a glass oblong casserole dish, layer ingredients in the following order:

6noodles, sauce, Parmesan cheese, Ricotta and Mozzarella.

7Finish with a layer of noodles topped with sauce.

8Bake in a 375° oven for 1 hour.

9Top with Mozzarella cheese.

10Serve with salad and bread.
