Easy Lasagna

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 8 oz. lasagna noodles (uncooked)
  • 3 1/2 c. (32 oz.) spaghetti sauce
  • 2 c. Ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan
  • 1/4 c. chopped parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Brown ground beef; drain off fat. Add sauce and water; simmer about 10 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients except noodles. Pour about 1 cup sauce on bottom of 13 x 9 baking pan. Layer 3 pieces uncooked noodles over sauce. Cover with about 1 1/2 cups sauce. Spread half of cheese mixture over sauce. Repeat layers. Top with layer of lasagna and sauce. Cover with foil. Bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes. Remove foil. Bake 10 more minutes. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
