Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 can tomatoes (1 lb. 12 oz.), chopped
  • 2 (12 oz.) cans V-8 juice
  • 1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese (small curd)
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 pkg. McCormick spaghetti seasoning
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • dash of garlic powder
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese (do this after baking)
  • 1 small pkg. lasagna noodles (makes 2 layers)

Directions

    Brown meat and drain.

    Stir in tomato sauce, tomatoes, sauce mix and V-8 juice.

    Add garlic powder.

    Bring to a boil and cook 10 minutes.
