- 8 oz. pkg. lasagna noodles (uncooked)
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 4 c. spaghetti sauce (thick style)
- 2 c. small curd cottage cheese
- 3 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Directions

1Brown meat and drain.

2Add spaghetti sauce and simmer 10 minutes.

3Layer in 8 x 10-inch pan, beginning with one-third of the sauce, one-half of the uncooked lasagna, 1 cup cottage cheese and one-half of the Mozzarella and sour cream.

4Repeat layers, ending with sauce.

5Top with Parmesan cheese.

6May be refrigerated or frozen at this point.

7To cook, cover casserole and bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.

8If casserole is frozen, thaw before baking.
