Easy Lasagne

  • 8 oz. Skinner lasagne noodles
  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 4 c. thick and spicy Ragu spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. Italian dressing
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar (optional)
  • 2 c. Ricotta or small curd cottage cheese
  • 3/4 lb. sliced Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Brown meat and drain off fat.

    Add spaghetti sauce, water, salt, Italian seasoning and sugar.

    Cover and simmer 10 minutes. In a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish, layer 1/2 of sauce, 1/2 of uncooked lasagne noodles, 1 cup cottage cheese, and 1/3 of Mozzarella cheese.

    Repeat layers, ending with sauce, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
