  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 12 cup celery
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 12-2 cups leftover roast turkey, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 14 cup fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 cup red seedless grapes, halved
  • salt and pepper

    Heat butter in large skillet and saute' celery, onion, garlic, and red pepper.

    Add flour, stir until thick, and slowly add broth and cream to make a medium-thick sauce.

    Add curry powder, turkey, parsley, and grapes, lower heat.

    Simmer until heated through.
