Easy Lemon Meringue Pie

- 1 (6-inch) graham cracker pie crust
- 3 separated eggs
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. grated lemon rind
- 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/4 c. sugar
Directions

1In medium bowl, beat egg yolks; stir in milk, lemon juice and rind.

2Pour into pie crust.

3In small bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until foamy; gradually add sugar while beating until whites are stiff but not dry.

4Spread meringue on top of pie, sealing edges.

5Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 350°.

6Chill before serving.
