- 3 eggs
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. real lemon juice
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
Directions

1Separate eggs.

2Mix egg yolks, lemon juice and milk.

3Pour into graham cracker crust.

4Beat egg whites until fluffy.

5Add 3 tablespoons sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar.

6Beat a few more minutes.

7Put on pie and brown at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
