- 150 grams Rice flour, cake flour or whole wheat flour
- 8 grams Baking powder
- 1 dash Salt
- 2 tbsp Beet sugar or honey
- 30 grams Olive oil or oil
- 80 grams Soy milk
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt and beet sugar) in a bowl.

2No need to sift!!

3Then add oil and combine evenly as you rub.

4Add soy milk and mix some more.

5You can also add banana, cocoa or nuts.

6It is delicious.

7Or put them on the top of scones before baking.

8Let it rest in the fridge for about 20 minutes.

9Meanwhile, preheat oven to 200C.

10Take the mixture out from fridge, and cut into desired shapes.
