Easy Manicotti

  • 1 pkg. manicotti shells (uncooked)
  • 16 oz. Ricotta cheese
  • 32 oz. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 32 oz. your favorite Italian sauce

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    In large bowl, combine Ricotta, 1/2 cup Mozzarella and parsley flakes; mix well.

    Stuff mixture into uncooked manicotti shells.

    In large, rectangular baking pan, lightly cover the bottom of pan with sauce.

    Line stuffed shells in pan.

    Cover shells generously with remainder of sauce.

    Lightly sprinkle with Parmesan.

    Top heavily with Mozzarella cheese. Cover pan with foil and bake 45 minutes.
