- 1 pkg. manicotti shells (uncooked)
- 16 oz. Ricotta cheese
- 32 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 heaping Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 32 oz. your favorite Italian sauce
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2In large bowl, combine Ricotta, 1/2 cup Mozzarella and parsley flakes; mix well.

3Stuff mixture into uncooked manicotti shells.

4In large, rectangular baking pan, lightly cover the bottom of pan with sauce.

5Line stuffed shells in pan.

6Cover shells generously with remainder of sauce.

7Lightly sprinkle with Parmesan.

8Top heavily with Mozzarella cheese. Cover pan with foil and bake 45 minutes.
