Easy Marinated Tuna Bowl

- 1 Fresh sashimi-grade tuna
- 100 ml Soy sauce
- 50 ml Sake
- 50 ml Mirin
- 1 Wasabi
- 1 Nori seaweed
- 1 Green onions
- 1 bowlful per serving Plain cooked rice
Directions

1If your tuna is a block, slice it.

2Put the soy sauce, sake, and mirin in a bowl.

4Add the tuna and lightly mix it up, wrap with plastic wrap, and put in the refrigerator.

5Let it sit a least 30 minutes to however long you want.

6Put the rice in a rice bowl, top with shredded seaweed, then arrange the tuna on top.

7Pour the marinade on top and garnish with green onions.

8When topping with the sauce at the end, there will be a lot of it.

9Please adjust the amount according to the amount of sashimi you use.
