  • 350 grams Ground beef mix
  • 4 mushrooms Shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 piece Boiled bamboo shoots
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp Sake
  • 3 tbsp Tianmianjiang

Directions

    Mix the ingredients together in a microwave-safe container, microwave for a minute, and blend throughly.

    Finely chop the shiitake and boiled bamboo shoot.

    Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan, cook the meat until browned, then add the boiled bamboo shoot and cook for longer.
