  • 150 grams Ground beef
  • 1/2 Carrot
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 400 ml Tomato juice
  • 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 2 Consomme cubes
  • 1 as required Salt and pepper
  • 1 Oil

    Mince the carrot and onion.

    Heat oil in a pan, add the onion and carrot.

    Saute over medium ~ high heat until the onion becomes soft and wilted.

    Transfer to a bowl.

    Next, stir-fry the ground beef.

    When cooked through, add the flour, and mix quickly to keep the flavor inside.

    After Step 3, be careful not to burn it.

    Return the ingredients quickly from Step 2 to the pan.

    Pour the tomato juice.

    Turn down the heat to medium-low.

    Add the ketchup, consomme, Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce, salt, and pepper.

    When the consomme is dissolved, turn down the heat to low.

    Cover with a lid, and simmer.

    Simmer for 30-60 minutes according to your taste, and done!
