- 1/2 medium Onion
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Red wine
- 2 tbsp Water
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 2 tbsp Beef stew roux
- 1 tbsp Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce
Directions

1Put the olive oil in a frying pan, and saute the ground beef until well browned.

2Add the onion.

4Add the red wine, and stir until it has evaporated.
