  • 150 grams Ground beef
  • 1/2 medium Onion
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Red wine
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Beef stew roux
  • 1 tbsp Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce

    Put the olive oil in a frying pan, and saute the ground beef until well browned.

    Saute until wilted.

    Add the red wine, and stir until it has evaporated.
