- 4 whole Eggs
- 2 cups Dry Bread Crumbs, Seasoned
- 1/2 cups Finely Chopped Onion
- 1 Tablespoon Salt
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 4 pounds Ground Meat (beef, Venison, Or Elk)
- 1 pound Pork Sausage
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2In large bowl, mix eggs together.

3Add the next 5 ingredients, mix well.

4Add the meats (helps if the meat has sat on the counter for about 10 minutes, to get rid of the chill).

5Using your hands, mix all ingredients very well.

6There should be no big clumps of bread crumbs or onions.

7Roll out 1 balls and place close together on an ungreased cookie sheet.

8Bake for 10-15 minutes until no longer pink inside.

9Cool and place in quart-sized Ziplocs and freeze or refrigerate what you will use in the next couple of days.

10Makes approximately 12 dozen.
