  • 4 whole Eggs
  • 2 cups Dry Bread Crumbs, Seasoned
  • 1/2 cups Finely Chopped Onion
  • 1 Tablespoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 4 pounds Ground Meat (beef, Venison, Or Elk)
  • 1 pound Pork Sausage

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

    In large bowl, mix eggs together.

    Add the next 5 ingredients, mix well.

    Add the meats (helps if the meat has sat on the counter for about 10 minutes, to get rid of the chill).

    Using your hands, mix all ingredients very well.

    There should be no big clumps of bread crumbs or onions.

    Roll out 1 balls and place close together on an ungreased cookie sheet.

    Bake for 10-15 minutes until no longer pink inside.

    Cool and place in quart-sized Ziplocs and freeze or refrigerate what you will use in the next couple of days.

    Makes approximately 12 dozen.
