  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 c. corn flakes
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion (more if desired)

    Combine ground beef, corn flakes, onion, pepper and 1/4 of soup; mix well.

    Form into meatballs the size of a small egg. Place in a baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam.

    Don't brown or fry the meat.

    Mix rest of soup with milk and pour over meatballs.

    Bake, uncovered, at 350° for about 1 hour; meatballs will brown nicely.

    Serves 4 to 6.
