  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 cans chili with beans
  • small onion, chopped
  • sliced jalapeno, chopped (the more, the spicier)
  • 12 oz. grated Cheddar cheese

    Spread cream cheese on bottom of pan. Heat chili and spread on top of cream cheese. Spread onion and jalapenos next. Add cheese. Cook at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubble. Serve with tortilla chips.
