- 1 large + 1 small can biscuits, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 small can black olives, chopped or sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1 (16 oz.) jar picante sauce
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Directions

1Grease a 9 x 13-inch dish with 1/4 cup of butter.

2Place into oven until dish is hot and margarine is melted.

3Mix picante sauce into cut-up biscuits.

4Pour into dish.

5Top with olives, onion, pepper and cheese.

6Bake at 350° for about 25 minutes.
