Easy Mexican Roll-ups

- 2 whole Jalapeno Peppers
- 1 bunch Green Onions
- 1/2 cups Chopped Black Olives
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 16 ounces, weight Fat-free Cream Cheese
- 6 whole Flour Tortillas (10-inch Rounds)
Directions

1Remove the stems and seeds from the jalapeno peppers and chop into 1/4 pieces.

2Remove roots from green onions and chop onion and stems into 1/4 pieces.

3Combine all ingredients (except tortillas) in a large skillet and heat until cheese is melted and ingredients are mixed completely.

4Remove from the skillet and place into a bowl.

5Spoon out and spread over tortillas and roll up.

6Serve whole as a main dish or slice for appetizers and with a variety of salsas.
