  • 2 whole Jalapeno Peppers
  • 1 bunch Green Onions
  • 1/2 cups Chopped Black Olives
  • 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder
  • 16 ounces, weight Fat-free Cream Cheese
  • 6 whole Flour Tortillas (10-inch Rounds)

Directions

    Remove the stems and seeds from the jalapeno peppers and chop into 1/4 pieces.

    Remove roots from green onions and chop onion and stems into 1/4 pieces.

    Combine all ingredients (except tortillas) in a large skillet and heat until cheese is melted and ingredients are mixed completely.

    Remove from the skillet and place into a bowl.

    Spoon out and spread over tortillas and roll up.

    Serve whole as a main dish or slice for appetizers and with a variety of salsas.
