- 3 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 3 1/2 Tbsp. evaporated milk
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. peppermint or almond extract
- few drops food coloring
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

2Knead in bowl until smooth.

3Let the children roll into 1-inch balls and flatten on wax paper with tines of fork.

4Let dry overnight.

5Then store in airtight containers.

6Makes about 5 dozen.
