  • 2 1/2 Cups Flour
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Optional:
  • pecans (1/4 cup chopped)
  • raisins (1/4 cup)
  • coconut (1/4 cup)
  • Frosting:(Double if doing layer cake)
  • 3 oz cream cheese room temp
  • 1 Tblsp butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
