- 2 tablespoons butter
- 12 teaspoon fresh rosemary
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 cups fresh mushrooms, chopped
- 14 cup fresh parsley
- 3 tablespoons vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon whiskey
Directions

1In a large skillet, saute the rosemary and garlic in butter.

2Add mushrooms and cook until juices run.

3Add parsley.

4When mushrooms are tender, stir in stock and mix well before adding cornstarch.

5Cook 1-2 minutes.

6Add whiskey and cook for 1 minute longer.
