  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 12 teaspoon fresh rosemary
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 cups fresh mushrooms, chopped
  • 14 cup fresh parsley
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon whiskey

Directions

    In a large skillet, saute the rosemary and garlic in butter.
