  • 170 grams Pasta
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 150 grams Ground meat
  • 60 grams Bacon
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1 Green pepper
  • 1/2 packet Shimeji mushrooms
  • 1 tsp Umami seasoning
  • 6 tbsp Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Pasta cooking water

    Boil water in a pot.

    In the meanwhile, cut the ingredients.

    Add salt to the boiling water, and cook the pasta.

    Please adjust the cooking time according to the thickness of the pasta.

    While cooking the pasta, heat olive oil in a pan.

    Add ground meat, bacon, onion, green pepper, and shimeji mushrooms in that order, then stir-fry.

    When cooked through, sprinkle the umami seasoning, and mix.
