- 5 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1/3 c. Karo syrup
- 1 tsp. peppermint extract
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 4 3/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 1 drop food coloring
Directions

1Thoroughly blend margarine, Karo syrup, salt and extract in large bowl.

2Add sifted powdered sugar; mix with spoon and hands until blended smooth.

3Knead food coloring into mixture.

4Shape into small balls; then flatten with tines of fork on wax paper. Let dry a few hours.
