- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut
- 1/2 c. plain flour
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 stick margarine, melted
Directions

1Beat milk, eggs and vanilla together.

2Add to flour and sugar; mix, then add margarine and coconut.

3Mix well.

4Pour into 2 greased pie pans.

5Bake for 35 minutes at 350°.

6Makes its own crust.
