Easy Omelet For Four

Ingredients
- 4 or 5 eggs
- milk
- 1/2 c. butter
- onions
- bacon
- tomatoes
- cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Break eggs in mixing bowl; beat until blended.

3Add milk to taste.

4Melt butter in Pyrex pan or similar pan; coat sides.

5Add omelet ingredients into egg mixture (can add any ingredients you like).

6Pour omelet mixture into Pyrex pan. Grate cheese, enough to cover pan.

7Do not add to omelet.

8Bake omelet (without cheese) for 20 minutes.

9Remove from oven. Sprinkle with cheese and bake another 5 minutes.

10Let cool for 5 minutes.

11Flip omelet into half shell.
-
12Slice and serve.
