- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. non-hydrogenated margarine
- 1/4 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozza-Cheddar Cheese
Directions

1Whisk eggs with water until well blended.

2Melt margarine in small skillet on medium heat.

3Add eggs; cook 2 to 3 min.

4or until almost set, lifting edge with spatula and tilting skillet to allow uncooked portion to flow underneath.

5Top with cheese.

6Slip spatula underneath omelette, tip skillet to loosen and gently fold omelette in half.

7Slide or flip omelette onto serving plate.
