  • 1 box cornflake crumbs
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and keep refrigerated.

    Use mixture to coat beef, pork and poultry.

    Using 1 to 2 cups of mixture at a time, coat meat pieces and bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
