Easy Oven "Fries"

Ingredients
- 2 medium baking potatoes (approximately 8 oz. each)
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 generous pinch of garlic powder
- 1 generous pinch of paprika
- vegetable cooking spray (i.e. Pam)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Wash potatoes and leave skin in.

3Cut in half lengthwise.

4Cut each half into 4 wedges.

5Combine all ingredients (except Pam).

6Dip cut sides of each wedge into cheese mixture.

7Spray cookie sheet with Pam.

8Place wedges skin side down on cookie sheet.

9Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown. Leftovers zap well in microwave.
