- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion

1Preheat oven to 350°.

4Add bacon, ham or mushrooms.

5Stir in cheese and onion.

6Pour into greased or sprayed 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch dish or 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.

7Bake, uncovered, for 40 to 45 minutes or until omelet is set and top is golden brown.
