- 3 lb. stew meat
- 5 medium potatoes
- 1 bunch carrots
- 1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
- 3 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 envelopes onion soup mix
Directions

1Place meat in bottom of Dutch oven.

2Do not brown.

3Peel and chop carrots and potatoes into bite size pieces and place on top of meat with vegetables.

4Mix soup and dry soup mix together. Spread on top.

5Cover and cook for 6 hours at 250°.
