- fresh peaches, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
- 1/2 c. honey
Directions

1Line pie pan with pastry.

2Fill pie shell with sliced peaches. Sprinkle with tapioca.

3Pour honey over peaches.

4Cover peaches with strips of pastry.

5Bake in a 425° oven for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350°.

6Bake for 30 minutes longer.
