  • pastry for 2 crust pie
  • fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
  • 1/2 c. honey

Directions

    Line pie pan with pastry.

    Fill pie shell with sliced peaches. Sprinkle with tapioca.

    Pour honey over peaches.

    Cover peaches with strips of pastry.

    Bake in a 425° oven for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350°.

    Bake for 30 minutes longer.
