- 1 stick margarine
- 2 c. granulated sugar
- 1 to 2 c. Spanish peanuts
Directions

1Use nonstick electric or iron skillet.

2Heat margarine in skillet, medium heat, until melted.

3Add sugar.

4Stir constantly until sugar mixture is all melted and turns brown and runny.

5Turn off heat and quickly stir in peanuts.

6Pour onto cookie sheet. Let cool, then break into pieces with back of table knife.
