- 3 large or 4 small egg whites
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. crushed graham cracker crumbs
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
Directions

1Beat egg whites until frothy; add baking powder and continue beating.

2Add sugar gradually until holds a stiff peak.

3Add vanilla and fold in crumbs and nuts.

4Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan.

5Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350°.

6Refrigerate until cool.

7Top with whipped cream and refrigerate at least 3 to 4 hours before serving.

8(Pie gets moist as it refrigerates.)
