  • 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 1 whole Large Egg
  • 1-1/4 cup Milk
  • 1-1/2 cup Chopped Pecans

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a loaf pan.

    Mix all ingredients together and pour into the loaf pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Slice while warm and put butter on top of your slice.
