- 2 12 cups pecan halves
- 4 large eggs, at room temperature
- 12 cup sugar
- 1 cup dark corn syrup
- 12 cup light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 frozen pie crusts, thawed
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F.

2Coarsely chop 1 1/4 cups pecans.

3In a medium bowl whisk together eggs and sugar, add corn syrups and vanilla until well blended.

4Add chopped pecans and stir, pour into pie shells.

5Arrange remaining pecans on top of pies.

6Bake for 50-55 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.

7Note: If you spray measuring cups with Pam cooking spray, corn syrups will come out easier.
