  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut into strips
  • 2 medium green peppers
  • 2 fresh tomatoes
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 4 c. cooked rice

    Brown meat; drain grease.
