- 1 lb. boneless beef sirloin or top round steak (3/4-inch thick)
- 2 medium green or red peppers, cut into strips
- 1 medium onion, cut in wedges
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 (10 1/4 oz.) can Franco-American beef gravy
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 c. cooked rice
- 2 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Slice beef into thin strips.

2Add 1 tablespoon oil in skillet over medium heat.

3Brown beef in 2 batches.

4Remove.

5Add 1 tablespoon oil.

6Add peppers, onions and garlic powder and cook over medium heat until tender-crisp.

7Add gravy and Worcestershire.

8Return beef to pan.

9Serve over rice.
