- 1 lb. cooked springs
- 5 to 6 medium potatoes
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 2 onions
- 2 sticks oleo
Directions

1Place cooked springs in a casserole dish.

2Peel and cut potatoes in very small cubes.

3Boil until soft.

4Drain water off and add to springs.

5Melt cheese and 1 stick of oleo together; pour over springs and potatoes.

6Mix.

7Saute onions.

8Cut up and pour over mixture.

9Bake at 350° for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
