- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Grease 6 or 8 iron popover pan cups or custard cups.

2Place the custard cups on a 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.

3Place the popover pan or custard cups in refrigerator to chill.

4In a medium mixing bowl, using a wooden spoon, stir together the flour, milk, eggs and salt until flour is moist (batter will be lumpy).

5Pour the batter into pan 1/2 full.

6Place pan in oven then set temperature at 400°. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.

7Serve hot.
