- 8 whole eggs
- 2 cups milk
- vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
Directions

1Mix the eggs.

2Add the milk, salt sugar and flour and hand mix for one minute.

3Do not over-mix!

4Pre-heat popover pan with 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil in each cup for 10 minutes.

5When hot, fill each cup with popover mix 3/4 full.

6Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees.

7Reduce heat to 350 degrees and cook for an additional 35 minutes.

8Be sure popovers are cooked inside to prevent collapsing.

9Always use a cookie sheet as a drip pan for excess grease when the popover pops!
