  • 4 medium potatoes, cooked and mashed with milk
  • 18 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can Durkee onion rings

Directions

    Whip all ingredients, except onion rings, together.

    Put in 11 x 13-inch pan.

    Add onion rings to top.

    Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.

    Can be mixed ahead and frozen.
