  • 2 lb. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • dash of dill
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/3 c. margarine or butter

Directions

    Do not defrost potatoes.

    Mix together.

    Drizzle melted margarine or butter over top.

    Bake at 350° about 45 minutes. Very good next morning with an egg for breakfast.
