- 2 lb. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- dash of dill
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/3 c. margarine or butter
Directions

1Do not defrost potatoes.

2Mix together.

3Drizzle melted margarine or butter over top.

4Bake at 350° about 45 minutes. Very good next morning with an egg for breakfast.
