- 4 to 5 medium or large potatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- salt
- pepper
- 1 can Campbell's broccoli cheese soup
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Peel and slice potatoes thinly.

3Slice onion thinly.

4In casserole dish, line bottom with potatoes. Sprinkle with a few sliced onions on top.

5Sprinkle salt and pepper over.

6Add 2 thin slices of butter.

7Repeat layer.

8In bowl, combine soup and milk.

9Mix well and pour on top of potatoes. Cook, uncovered, 30 to 45 minutes or until a slight coating covers potatoes.

10Serves 4 to 6.
