Directions

   Heat first 4 ingredients in heavy saucepan on medium heat 4 min.

   or until sugars are dissolved, stirring frequently.

   Bring to boil.

   Remove from heat; let cool 2 min.

   Add remaining ingredients; stir until butter is melted and mixture is blended.

   Drop tablespoonfuls of mixture onto baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

   Cool on baking sheet 10 min.

   Remove to wire rack; cool completely.
