  • 1 pkg. butterscotch pudding (not instant)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 to 2 c. broken pecans
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine

Directions

    Mix all the ingredients and cook over medium heat, stirring often.

    Bring to a full boil.

    Boil slowly for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from heat.

    Beat until the candy begins to thicken, but still looks shiny.

    Drop by spoonfuls on wax paper.

    Let stand until firm.
